Platform console
A short overview of the console that Selligents administrators use to manage organizations, plans, wallets and AI providers.
Last updated
The platform console is a second area for Selligents platform administrators only, the team that operates the platform. Customers never see it and do not need it. This page gives a short overview of what it covers.
What administrators manage
Administrators open the console from the user menu. It has its own sidebar:
| Section | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Organizations and users | Create and manage customer organizations, add members to them with a role, and browse every user account. |
| Services, features and plans | The commercial catalog: products, the features they offer (switches, quotas, limits) and the plans that enable them. |
| Wallets and rate cards | Each organization’s balances and the rates charged per message and per AI usage. |
| AI providers, models, purposes and bindings | Which external providers are used, their models and costs, the tasks AI is used for, and which model serves each task, globally or per organization. |
| Prompt templates and flow library | Versioned instructions sent to the models, and ready-made flows organizations can start from. |
| Global settings | Platform-wide configuration values by key. |
Without an active embedding model in the catalog, customers’ knowledge bases stay in draft and are never indexed. The console must be configured before any organization is onboarded.
